yes that would be awesome ut make the abilties do something cool like an extra 10 damage on your next strike 'heroic strike rank 2'

ok, well, i guess i should start doing the art for a "Dodge" move or something like that. oh, i just noticed. in the vote it says "i want....where you can't attack other PC's". I think once we make this game massive (in the future of course) we should make it so that you cannot attack other people, just so that they can get to feel what it will be like, then release the 'attack other people' update. Cool

yeah, maybe at beginning it would not let you attack others, but later only in pvp specific areas

or i suppose you could simply not go to the pvp areas! Tongue

EDIT: strange when as soon as you mention the word 'massive' a thread gets loads more replys!!! shows what people really want then, eh?

well what we intend to do is make it so that although you can attack other people they wont get killed accidentally because when you go into a player versus player area there will be a warning message saying something along the lines of :
this is a player versus player area go back unless you want the opportunity to fight other players but also the chance to die

i think that's good like runescape cos otherwise you can accidentally go into there for 1 second and some idiot that's camping by the entrance just somehow stuns you and kills you

so there will be designated 'PVP areas', and i also think there should be another system like the 'appeal system' where you can challenge or duel someone in a non 'PVP area' but they can choose if they want to fight, and if they want to bet something.

oh yea, another thing i want to bring up about the 'going massive' idea... when we go massive, there should be a level requirement to trade so that people dont keep creating new accounts for 2 silver pieces and then giving it to their main account / highest lvl, otherwise thats a form of abusing the system. i think there should be minimum level of 15 to 25 to trade (considering that people will want to do trading on their main account which will be atleast lvl 15)

yeah, but lvl 15 is a bit hard to reach (trust me) especially for new players wanting to trade almost straight off...

im not sure what could be done about the duplicate account thing unless i make it so the min level is like 5 or i check all the ip adresses that an account has been logged on from!

yea, or you could use the ip addresses to make it only allow 1 ip online at once (so that to trade, it would require 2 different computers (which some people may not have) to make it a little harder and secure), along with the lvl 5 or something.

P.S. about the lvl 15-25 mistake, since the bug helped me get to lvl 81 or w.e i am, i dont have any sense of what it takes to get to certain lvls Tongue but i dont have the bug on me anymore, and i just will get by the time you release outer maps.

well, when we make public releases, when more than 200 people play actively (atleast once every other day) then we gotta test thoroughly. I recomment a style of making a webpage on the xeronar.com domain such as /releases and then there should be a "Test Now!" button only for moderators (and they need to log in), and then there are some notes like, "What To Test" and then we test those things, and then if it works properly, whoever tested it (either mod or admin) gives it their "Approval". if it does not work properly, they give it "Disapproval" and a small note that says what doesnt work so you can go back and fix it. then once a few moderators/admin test it and approve it, then we can release it (so this means we will need to make more bulky updates, not updates that only include something small like a text change or something)
